		<description>Absolutely it should be fun. People like doing stuff if its fun, so walking the dogs or swimming with the kids etc is all exercise cleverly disguised as good, clean fun!</description>

Since I'm in the fitness niche, I can tell you firsthand most people will not exercise. They view it as 'work' and not the health benefits which are many. It's too bad as our country (the U.S.) is as fat as it's every been.

Too many super-sized meals and sedentary lifestyles. Not a good combination eh?

You hit it perfect though!

Make it FUN! 

Go bike riding with your kids. Garden as a family. Swimming. There are tons of different forms of exercise which is not the dreaded go to the gym and either lift weights or do cardio (fat-burning).
